If you're not satisfied with the product you received, you may request an exchange as follows:
Contact us via email at: [email protected] and send the product back via the Post Office using the “Cash on Delivery (COD)” shipping option.
We’ll be able to exchange it for another product, or—if the exchange is due to damage—we’ll send you a replacement of the same item directly to your address.
